Otx2^tm4.1Sia

This allele is a derivative of Otx2tm4Sia in which the neomycin resistance cassette was removed by crossing mice carrying the Otx2tm4Sia allele to mice expressing Flp recombinase in the germline. The final allele carries a single frt site in place of the frt-flanked neomycin cassette. (J:74631)
