Fus^{tm1(DDIT3)Dron}

A knock-in cassette containing a loxP-flanked neomycin gene followed by a human DDIT3 gene replaced exons 8 and 9. This allele expresses a fusion protein of FUS and Neo in which the neomycin sequences replace the RNA-binding C-terminal portion of the gene; the inserted DDIT3 gene is not expressed. (J:75732)
