Gata1^tm2.1Sho

This allele is similar to Gata1tm2Sho but the loxP flanked neomycin selection cassette was deleted in ES cells by transient Cre expression prior to the production of chimeric mice. RT-PCR shows that expression is reduced in megakaryocytes. (J:41605)
