Lepr^db-rtnd

There is a G residue deletion in exon 4 at nucleotide position 572, 573, 574, or 575. This causes a frameshift and premature translation stop. There is an almost 50% reduction in mRNA expression as compared to wild-type when assessed by semiquantitative RT-PCR. (J:83762)
