An ENU-induced T-to-A mutation changes leucine codon 144 to a premature stop codon (total peptide length is 2611 amino acids). The resulting truncated protein, which is probably not expressed, lacks an ankyrin repeat, a mib domain and a terminal HECT domain. (J:122594)
