Reln^rl-tg

Southern blot analysis of genomic DNA showed that this allele was the result of the integration of a mutated c-fos transgene into the Reln locus with no gross structural rearrangements. Complementation analysis of offspring from a mating of mice hemizygous for the transgene and heterozygous for Relnrl showed 25% of the offspring had a reeler phenotype. (J:21534)
