Del(17)T^Orl

The deletion comprising this allele includes T through, at least, Qk as all short-tailed mice from matings of TOrl/+ males to Qkqk/Qkqk females have a "quaking" phenotype. In addition this allele expresses the t- haplotype specific proteins p63/6.9a, TCP-4B, TCP-5, TCP-9, and TCP-8B. (J:6957)
