小分子化学诱引物是一组小型(约8至14kD),主要碱性,结构上相关的分子,通过与其7-跨膜G蛋白偶联受体子集相互作用,调节各种类型白细胞的活动。化学诱引物在免疫系统的发育、稳态和功能中也起着基本作用,并对中枢神经系统细胞以及参与血管生成的内皮细胞产生影响。化学诱引物分为两大亚家族,即CXC和CC,根据第一个2个保守半胱氨酸残基的排列进行分类;在CXC化学诱引物中,两个半胱氨酸由一个氨基酸隔开,而在CC化学诱引物中则相邻。CCR10是CCL27(SCYA27;MIM 604833)的受体;CCR10-CCL27相互作用涉及T细胞介导的皮肤炎症(Homey等,2002[PubMed 11821900])。[由OMIM于2008年3月提供]
