Enables G protein-coupled glutamate receptor binding activity; GTPase activity; and nitric-oxide synthase binding activity. A structural constituent of postsynapse. Involved in several processes, including filopodium assembly; postsynaptic neurotransmitter receptor internalization; and regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection organization. Located in several cellular components, including dendritic spine head; postsynaptic density; and synaptic cleft. Part of apical tubulobulbar complex and basal tubulobulbar complex.
