Used to study Parkinsonism and myocardial infarction. Biomarker of abdominal aortic aneurysm; interstitial cystitis; and lung disease (multiple). Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in acute myeloid leukemia; juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia; neutropenia; pulmonary alveolar proteinosis; and visceral leishmaniasis.
