Trachoma

Trachoma, also known as marginal corneal pannus, is related to conjunctivitis and chlamydia. An important gene associated with Trachoma is TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and TGF-Beta Pathway. The drugs Permethrin and Tetracycline have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and t cells, and related phenotypes are homeostasis/metabolism and growth/size/body region.
