Peyronie's Disease（勃起功能障碍）, also known as induratio penis plastica, is related to peyronie disease and impotence. An important gene associated with Peyronie's Disease is PDE5A (Phosphodiesterase 5A), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Response to elevated platelet cytosolic Ca2+ and Extracellular matrix organization. The drugs Methyltestosterone and Testosterone have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include prostate and testis, and related phenotypes are normal and nervous system.
