Macrodactyly, also known as congenital macrodactylia, is related to macrodactyly of fingers and epiphyseal chondrodysplasia, miura type. An important gene associated with Macrodactyly is PIK3CA (Phosphatidylinositol-4,5-Bisphosphate 3-Kinase Catalytic Subunit Alpha). Affiliated tissues include bone marrow and breast, and related phenotype is macrodactyly.
