Juberg-Hayward Syndrome, also known as orocraniodigital syndrome, is related to orofaciodigital syndrome viii and 3mc syndrome. An important gene associated with Juberg-Hayward Syndrome is ESCO2 (Establishment Of Sister Chromatid Cohesion N-Acetyltransferase 2). Affiliated tissues include kidney and bone, and related phenotypes are microcephaly and intrauterine growth retardation
