原发性甲状腺功能减退症，中枢性，伴有睾丸增大，又称X连锁先天性中枢性甲状腺功能减退症伴晚期睾丸增大，与先天性非粘液性甲状腺功能减退症4和垂体功能减退症有关。与原发性甲状腺功能减退症，中枢性，伴有睾丸增大相关的基因是IGSF1（免疫球蛋白超家族成员1），其相关通路/超通路包括糖皮质激素受体调节网络。附属组织包括甲状腺和睾丸，相关表型为甲状腺功能减退症和甲状腺刺激素水平不适当正常。
