Hydronephrosis

Hydronephrosis, also known as stricture of ureteropelvic junction with hydronephrosis, is related to congenital anomalies of kidney and urinary tract 2 and prune belly syndrome. An important gene associated with Hydronephrosis is WFS1 (Wolframin ER Transmembrane Glycoprotein), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Pleural mesothelioma and RhoGDI Pathway. The drugs Midazolam and Hydrocortisone have been mentioned in the context of this disorder.
