Cleft Lip/palate, also known as cleft lip and palate, is related to ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, and cleft lip/palate syndrome 1 and cleft lip/palate-ectodermal dysplasia syndrome. An important gene associated with Cleft Lip/palate is DLX4 (Distal-Less Homeobox 4), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Signal Transduction and PAK Pathway.
