Bursitis

Bursitis, also known as inflammation of bursa, is related to olecranon bursitis and gout, and has symptoms including arthralgia, back pain and metatarsalgia. An important gene associated with Bursitis is PTGS2 (Prostaglandin-Endoperoxide Synthase 2), and among its related pathways/superpathways are MIF Mediated Glucocorticoid Regulation and Cytokine Signaling in Immune system.
