Birdshot Chorioretinopathy, also known as birdshot chorioretinitis, is related to macular dystrophy, dominant cystoid and retinal vasculitis. An important gene associated with Birdshot Chorioretinopathy is HLA-A (Major Histocompatibility Complex, Class I, A), and among its related pathways/superpathways are Innate Immune System and Class I MHC mediated antigen processing and presentation. The drugs Prednisone and Immunologic Factors have been mentioned in the context of this disorder. Affiliated tissues include eye and retina, and related phenotypes are abnormal retinal vascular morphology and abnormal choroid morphology
