02. AI-driven Model for Prediction
In this step, two types of AI models are provided for predicting the consequences resulting from genetic mutations. Specifically, they are the RNA Splicer and the Pathogenicity Predictor.
The RNA Splicer is a tool developed by the Research Institute of Tsinghua, Pearl River Delta.
By learning from normal splicing data, it can predict the potential splicing patterns that may occur in mRNA sequences after mutations in the nucleotide sequence.
