Rare Disease Data Center

The Rare Disease Data Center (RDDC) was developed by the Research Institute of Tsinghua, Pearl River Delta (RITPRD) to integrate various types of information related to rare diseases, including epidemiological data, disease-related genes and phenotypes, drugs and clinical trials, as well as disease-associated mouse models.

RDDC offers interactive visualization and exploration of biomedical data through a coherent and consistent set of interfaces and tools. Additionally, RDDC provides disease-related genetic/genomic prediction tools based on a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence model.

RDDC aims to comprehensively address the rapidly growing demands for rare disease research and drug development.
