A loxP site was inserted into intron 2 and an FRT and loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette was inserted into intron 5. The neo cassette was removed through subsequent Flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional ready allele with exons 3-5 floxed. (J:343151)
