CRISPR/Cas9 technology generated a 128 bp deletion in exon 2 resulting in a frame-shift mutation. This allele was generated in zygotes from wild-type eggs and Uoxtm1Bay sperm and thus is null for both Slc2a12 and Uox. (J:295905)
