The transgenic construct uses a mouse villin promoter to drive expression of Snhg9 cDNA followed by a polyA sequence.Whole genome sequencing revealed that the transgene was integrated into an intergenic region between the genes Smpdl3a and Gcc2 on mouse Chromosome 10. (J:340252)
