The T2A-CreERT2 cassette was inserted immediately upstream of the endogenous stop codon in the exon 12 of the Mlc1 gene in frame. The FRT flanked Neo selection cassette was inserted 116 bp downstream of the 3' UTR. The Neo cassette in the targeting vector was removed during ES clone expansion. (J:341452)
