The RP23-360I16 BAC clone was used to generate a transgene in which CreERT2 followed by an SV40 polyA stop sequence was inserted after the start codon in exon 2 of the Prox1 gene. Random transgenesis generated 4 founders and the highest efficiency founder (line1) was selected for propagation. (J:341378)
