The targeting construct inserted a loxP site upstream of exon 48, GFP reporter gene at the STOP codon, and FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with 3' loxP site downstream of the 3' UTR. FLP-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:340902)
