The targeting construct was designed to insert a loxP site in the intron upstream of Exon11 and FRT-flanked neo cassette followed by another loxP site into the intron downstream of Exon 11 of the Pld1 gene. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving the exon 11 floxed. (J:260679)
