A loxP site and an frt-flanked neomycin selection cassette were inserted in intron 5, and a second loxP site and an F5-flanked puromycin selection cassette were inserted into intron 6. Recombinase activity removed both selection cassettes, leaving loxP sites flanking exon 6. (J:280134)
