This transgenic mouse shows the expression of the fusion protein to fuse GFP at the C terminus of full-length mouse desmoglein 3 (Dsg3), at the stratified squamous epithelium under the control of human K5 promoter. Desmoglein (Dsg) is a cadhelin type adhesive molecule to express in the desmosome of stratified squamous epithelium. (J:104881)
