Proline codon 467 (CCC) in exon 12 was changed to serine (TCC) (p.P467S) using sgRNAs and an ssODN template with CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The mutation is the equivalent of the human p.P447S mutation associated with C3 glomerulonephritis (C3GN). (J:308307)
