The targeting construct inserted CAG promoter-FRT-NeoR-STOP-FRT LoxP-TdTomato-STOP-LoxP Syn-YFP cassette into Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. It is an intersectional recombinase reporter. The Flp recombinase activity is needed to allow the expression of tdTomato. In the cell where both Flp and Cre recombinase are active, syn-YFP is expressed. (J:314904)
