A neomycin selection cassette was inserted downstream of the 3' end of exon 9 and is flanked by two loxP sites. A single loxP site was also inserted upstream the 5 end of exon 7. The neomycin selection cassette was removed via flp-mediated recombination leaving exons 7-9 floxed. (J:336213)
