The targeting construct inserted a loxP site upstream of exon 3 and loxP site, IRES, tdTomato reporter gene, and FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette downstream of exon 4. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed exons 3 and 4. (J:323412)
