Tg(tetO-Islr)1Mat

The open reading frame of the mouse Islr (Meflin) gene was inserted into the multiple cloning site of a tetracycline-inducible expression vector pTRE3G followed by microinjection into fertilized eggs of C57BL/6 mice. Of four lines with germline transmission generated, one line was established based on the confirmed doxycycline-mediated induction. (J:322997)
