A targeting construct inserted a loxP at 256-bp upstream of the Ghsr start codon and a loxP-frt-Neo-frt cassette at 230-bp downstream of the Ghsr stop codon. An frt-flanked neomycin selection cassette was removed via flpe-mediated recombination. (J:318685)
