The targeting construct contains CAG promoter (CMV-IE enhancer, chicken beta-actin promoter, chicken beta-actin intron, rabbit beta-globin intron), Growth hormone polyA signal (Bovine), Neo (E. coli), phosphoglucokinase gene PGK promoter (mouse), beta-globin poly A signal (Rabbit), SV40 late polyA signal, HSV thymidine kinase polyA signal, SV40 early polyA signal, Bacteriophage P1 loxP sites, Yeast FRT (flippase recombination target) sites, Woodchuck hepatitis virus post-transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE), VChR1 (Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, Volvox carteri), and jellyfish EYFP reporter gene. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed the stop cassette. (J:104881)
