Using the CRISPR/Cas9 technology, a cDNA encoding sCre (self-cleaving cre) fused to ERT2 followed by the Woodchuck Post-transcriptional regulatory element and a polyadenylation sequence was inserted in frame with the translational start codon of the Col1a2 gene. (J:309164)
