The IRES-Cre/green fluorescent protein (GFP) fusion protein sequence was inserted into the Tas2r105 (T2R5) gene downstream of the start codon (93 bp) and upstream of its stop codon (60 bp) in BAC RP23-342N5 containing the entire Tas2r105 gene.
