A BAC clone (RP23-190F21) carrying an around 239-kb-sized genomic fragment of the murine chromosome 1 encoding mouse Prox1, the second exon of the Prox1 gene was replaced by an in-frame insertion of a sequence encoding a nuclear localization signal (NLS), the Cre cDNA and the SV40 polyA. Founder information and line numbers were not available. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:244845)
