The CTCF-binding insulator in the last intron of Igha was deleted and a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette was inserted downstream of Igha (but upstream of enhancer 3'RR (Rr152)). The neo cassette was removed through subsequent cre-mediated recombination. (J:242276)
