The Igh enhancer and the flanking MARs (matrix attachment regions), in the intron between the Cmu constant region segments and Jh joining region segments of Igh, was replaced with a loxP site flanked neomycin resitance gene cassette. The neo cassette was removed through subsequent cre-mediated recombination. (J:333216)
