Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1.1(CAG-Prkag1*)Dca}

A CAGGS promoter, floxed stop cassette, mutant Prkag1 cDNA encoding D316A mutation, and a sequence encoding the Flag epitope at the C terminus were inserted via homologous recombination into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. The neo-selection cassette was removed by crossing to FlpO-expressing mice. (J:251124)
