The targeting construct inserted a loxP site, splice acceptor, STOP cassette, FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette, and loxP site after exon 1 and a triple HA tag at the C-terminus of the coding sequence. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette. (J:329946)
