A loxP site and Rox flanked puro cassette were inserted upstream of exon 2 and an Frt flanked neo cassette and loxP site were inserted downstream of exon 5 via homologous recombination. Recombinase mediated recombination removed the puro and neo cassettes leaving exons 2 - 5 floxed. (J:239794)
