Cre-mediated inter-chromosomal recombination between Tn(sb-SBlac)15.188150Fsp at chr15:62602119-62602120 (GRCm39) and Tn(sb-SBlac)15.193970Fsp at chr15:62894062-62894063 deleted approximately 292 kb and leaves one intact copy of the transposon cassette (in reverse orientation) at the deletion junction. The transposon consists of a Sleeping Beauty transposon inverted repeat, loxP site, human beta-globin HBB minimal promoter, the lacZ beta-galactosidase reporter gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, and a Sleeping Beauty transposon direct repeat. The deleted sequence is part of the Myc topologically associating domain (TAD). (J:212391)
