A HpaI-NcoI restriction fragment containing the core Ebeta Tcrb enhancer was replaced with a 700 bp XbaI-EcoRI fragment containing Igh enhancer iEmu (Rr150), and a loxP site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette.
