The targeting construct introduced the tdTomato reporter gene expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence into 3 UTR region. Both cre- and FLP-mediated recombination is required to achieve expression of the reporter. Flp-mediated recombination removed the FRT-flanked segment. (J:104881)
