Tg(Ccl5*-EGFP)RBRmutItan

The transgene insert consists of BAC B6Ng01-015L02 where the Ccl5 coding region from start codon to stop codon (4741 bp) was replaced with the EGFP fluorescent reporter gene cDNA and mutations to inactivate two Runx recognition sequences (RRSs) within the Ccl5-RBR were created. The BAC also contains Ccl3, -4, -6 and -9, Heatr9 and the 3' end of Taf15. (J:287321)
