The targeting construct introduced the mutation responsible for the amino acid substitution of tyrosine to cysteine at position 334 (Y334C). Two silent mutations (p.I324 and p.T325) were also introduced. An FRT-flanked selection cassette is present in intron 8. (J:315052)
